Not only do we provide all the inclusions listed HERE, we pride ourselves on going the extra mile to provide an exceptional client experience - ensuring no detail is overlooked. If there is something we don't furnish that you're needing, we will do what we can to provide it or find someone who can!
We are able to accommodate 200 guests comfortably both in the Gardens and in Donavan Chapel. Our reception hall is able to seat 194 guests while still allowing room for dancing, food and drink stations, cake tables for the bride and groom, as well as space for a DJ.
We require a non-refuncable booking fee of $1000 to book your desired date.
We do not offer an official payment plan.
You will submit your first payment at 6 months before your booked event and the final payment is due 60 days before your booked event.
Couples are more than welcome to pay monthly as long as the balance is paid at the 60 day due date.
Our average couples will budget anywhere from $12,000 to $26,000 for their wedding and reception. This can vary greatly based on many different variables.... guest count, catering preference, alcohol choices and time of year.
When you book with Garrison Gardens, your package includes:
A professional sound engineer to run audio during your ceremony
A parking attendant to assist your guests upon arrival
Shuttle service for guests with mobility needs (available one hour before ceremony)
Setup of your event space according to your custom layout, ready for you to decorate upon arrival

Provided there is no detriment to any interior or exterior property in the gardens, feel free to decorate however you'd like! NO nails, glitter, or hot glue are permitted on any structures or surfaces. A more detailed guideline is provided as part of our GG Client Resource Guide.
Sparklers are not permitted for safety reasons. We do, however, allow cold sparkler machines in outdoor areas.
Candles are allowed, but there are a few guidelines for safety reasons which will be listed in your GG Client Resource Guide.
No way! You will have the venue all to yourself the day of your wedding.
Clean up can be a chore and at the end of a long night, we know everyone is exhausted and ready to call it a night. Therefore, we only require you to take out your food, beverages, and decor - we'll take care of the rest! Absolutely no tear down of tables, or chairs required.
Here at Garrison Gardens we welcome any number of guests up to 200 and have no minimum number of required guests.
Our reception hall is equipped with mostly 6ft round tables. Each of which seats up to 12 guests. With that being said, we do have a limited number of 6ft rectangle tables that you are welcome to use as desired.
Table linens are not provided but we have a wonderful recommendation if you are looking to rent your tablecloths locally.
We do require table linens here at Garrison Gardens for the guest tables as well as the food tables. You will find a list of resources and sizes in your Resource Guide.

If it happens to rain on the day of your wedding, you can rest assured that your ceremony will proceed seamlessly in our beautiful chapel. Donovan Chapel is full of beautiful windows to bring the beauty of the outdoors inside and is designed to provide an intimate and charming setting, ensuring that your wedding remains a memorable and joyous occasion, regardless of the weather.
No, Garrison Gardens does not offer discounted rates for booking just a ceremony or just a reception. Our venue is designed to accommodate only one event at a time to ensure you receive exclusive use of our beautiful grounds and facilities. Once a date is booked, it is reserved entirely for your event, whether it's a ceremony only, reception only, or both. Consequently, the rate of the venue fee remains unchanged to reflect the exclusivity and personalized experience we provide for each event.
Yes, beloved pets are welcome to be a part of your special day at Garrison Gardens, but with specific guidelines to ensure everyone's comfort and safety. Dogs are only permitted at our outdoor ceremony site and must be on a leash when on the grounds. Additionally, we require that you have a dedicated handler for your pet to manage their needs during the event. Please make sure to pick up after your pet to help us maintain the beauty of our gardens. We also provide two locations where pets can be crated if necessary. By adhering to these guidelines, your dog baby is welcome here.
We do not have an official waiting list but we are more than happy to notate the date you desire on our calendar and update you if we have a cancellation surrounding your preferred date or month.
Garrison Gardens opens at 9am on the day of your wedding. Understanding the significant effort that goes into coordinating every detail of your special day, we ensure that the venue is set up according to your chosen layout before you arrive. This allows you to maximize your time and make any final adjustments to ensure everything looks just the way you've dreamed.
Unfortunately, no, vehicles can't be left overnight. We'll likely have another event the next day, so the parking lots need to be cleared by midnight for the upcoming guests. If you’re serving alcohol and want to make sure everyone gets back safely, we suggest arranging for a shuttle or driving service.
